Delivery area

We currently ship to most EU countries. Orders are shipped from the Netherlands.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the destination country. The applicable rate will always be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.
If there is ever a discrepancy between this overview and the checkout, the checkout information is leading.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed as quickly as possible after payment is received. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

Within the Netherlands: usually 1–2 business days
Neighboring countries: 2–4 business days
Other EU countries: 3–7 business days

You will receive a track & trace link once your order has been dispatched.

Missed deliveries

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for pickup at a nearby service point or for redelivery. If a package is not collected and is returned to us, we may charge the return costs before resending.

Important notes

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Delivery is carried out by our logistics partners; delays caused by customs checks, local carriers, or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.
If delivery is not possible within 30 days, you may cancel the order at no charge and receive a full refund.

We verzenden momenteel naar de meeste EU-landen. Alle bestellingen worden verzonden vanuit Nederland.

Verzendkosten

De verzendkosten zijn afhankelijk van het land van bestemming. Het toepasselijke tarief wordt altijd duidelijk weergegeven bij het afrekenen, vóórdat je je bestelling bevestigt.
Mocht er ooit een verschil zijn tussen dit overzicht en de informatie bij het afrekenen, dan is de informatie bij het afrekenen leidend.

Verwerking en levertijd

Bestellingen worden zo snel mogelijk verwerkt nadat de betaling is ontvangen. De levertijd varieert per land:

Binnen Nederland: meestal 1–2 werkdagen
Buurlanden: 2–4 werkdagen
Overige EU-landen: 3–7 werkdagen

Zodra je bestelling is verzonden, ontvang je een track & trace-link.

Mislukte bezorgpogingen

Als je niet thuis bent op het moment van levering, laat de vervoerder een bericht achter met instructies voor afhalen bij een nabijgelegen servicepunt of voor een nieuwe bezorgpoging.
Wanneer een pakket niet wordt afgehaald en naar ons wordt geretourneerd, kunnen we de retourkosten in rekening brengen voordat we het opnieuw verzenden.

Belangrijke informatie

We verzenden niet naar postbussen.
De levering wordt uitgevoerd door onze logistieke partners; vertragingen door douanecontroles, lokale vervoerders of onvoorziene omstandigheden vallen buiten onze controle.
Als levering niet binnen 30 dagen mogelijk is, kun je de bestelling kosteloos annuleren en ontvang je een volledige terugbetaling.
